• For Brokers: We welcome broker involvement. To ensure fair engagement, an NDA must be signed with Ink Holdings before proceeding.

Our Standard Procedure 

Submit LOI and KYC

• The buyer or broker submits an ICPO, TSA/CPA, and KYC documents, along with an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with the client.

Seller Approval

• Once documentation is received, the supplier reviews and confirms the deal terms.

Dip & Pay

• Seller conducts a Dip test and Buyer conducts additional dip test 
• Upon satisfaction buyers arranges the vessel within 10 working days 
• Completes the payment
